Armenian residents of Karabakh apply for Azerbaijani passports
The Armenian population of Karabakh is beginning to apply for Azerbaijani citizenship, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Internal Affairs said. The Ministry emphasized that any resident of Karabakh of Armenian origin could apply for an Azerbaijani passport.
